Graphic Design Specialist

A skilled pitch deck designer is needed to craft a visually compelling, data-driven presentation that effectively communicates a cleantech startup’s innovative approach to recovering and metalizing rare earth and critical minerals. The deck will be used to engage venture capital firms, strategic investors, and grant providers, and must clearly convey the business model, technology, and value proposition within the cleantech and industrial innovation sectors. The designer will be responsible for transforming complex technical information into clear, investor-friendly visuals and storytelling, ensuring the final product is professional, persuasive, and aligned with the expectations of high-level financial stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing high-impact pitch and investor decks for startups, particularly in the cleantech, industrial, or technology sectors
• Strong understanding of venture capital and investor expectations, with the ability to highlight key metrics and growth potential
• Ability to translate complex technical content into clear, concise visual narratives
• Expertise in tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or pitch deck design platforms like Pitch or Canva
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for business presentations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must be available for remote work and capable of meeting tight deadlines
• Previous experience with fundraising presentations for companies raising multi-million dollar rounds is highly preferred
