Responsibilities

• Monitor community interaction, respond to comments/messages, and foster customer engagement.
• Track analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize visibility.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience as a social media manager, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong video editing and graphic design skills for short-form content.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strong storytelling ability with a focus on food, dining experiences, and customer culture.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
