User Experience Designer

A Senior Product Designer is sought to lead the end-to-end design of a foodtech platform that streamlines complex data and workflows for professional kitchens. The role involves designing intuitive user experiences that simplify operations such as inventory tracking, editable pricing tables, and nested data views. The designer will be responsible for developing flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI, while also establishing and maintaining a scalable design system using Figma tokens and variants. Collaboration with product and frontend teams is critical, with an emphasis on clear, efficient communication. The platform will directly support chefs and kitchen staff, improving operational clarity and efficiency across the foodservice industry.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX and product design for complex web applications
• Strong skills in systems thinking and translating intricate data into user-friendly interfaces
• Expertise in Figma, including building and maintaining design systems with tokens and variants
• Ability to create wireframes, flows, and polished high-fidelity interfaces
• Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers and developers in agile teams
• Proven ability to work independently while aligning with a shared product vision
• Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal
• Availability to work remotely and engage in ongoing collaboration across time zones
