This role involves updating and enhancing an existing NDIS service provider website hosted on GoDaddy. The project requires a quick turnaround, with completion ideally by the end of the week. The successful candidate will refine the website’s layout, content structure, branding, and user experience to ensure it is accessible, user-friendly, and optimized for NDIS participants and Local Area Coordinators. Additional pages for services such as Support Coordination, Community Access, Core Supports, Short-Term Accommodation (STA), SIL, and Referral Submission will need to be created. The position also involves improving mobile responsiveness, loading speed, and SEO, as well as updating forms and the site footer. Branding assets, logo, and content guidance will be provided. Deliverables

  • Update and enhance website layout and content structure
  • Add new service pages: Support Coordination, Community Access, Core Supports, STA, SIL, Referral Submission
  • Refine branding and ensure consistent NDIS-focused language
  • Improve mobile responsiveness and site loading speed
  • Update and optimize forms for referrals and contact
  • Update footer and ensure all site elements are current
  • Provide a full site backup before commencing work
  • Optimize website for relevant SEO keywords
  • Ensure accessibility and user-friendliness for all users
  • Optional: Integrate booking/contact automation, add testimonials/resources, assist with ongoing support or maintenance

Requirements

  • Proven experience with GoDaddy Website Builder or WordPress on GoDaddy hosting
  • Strong web design and development skills, with a focus on accessibility and user experience
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results quickly
  • Experience optimizing websites for SEO and mobile performance
  • Familiarity with NDIS sector language and requirements is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide ongoing support or maintenance if required
