Senior Graphic Designer (Remotely)

Varlion is looking for a creative and experienced professional to lead the creation of impactful visual content for our digital platforms and social media channels. If you master the Adobe Creative Suite and have a special talent for results-driven photography and video, we want to meet you.

What you’ll do

• Content Creation: Design, produce, and edit high-quality visual content (images, graphics, short videos) for social media, our website, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Graphic Design: Develop both digital and print marketing materials (banners, catalogs, newsletters, web visuals) primarily using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Photography & Video: Plan, execute, and post-produce product and lifestyle photo and video shoots, optimized for social media and web.
• Web Design: Collaborate on the visual design and content updates for our website, ensuring an engaging user experience consistent with the brand.
• Visual Strategy: Apply strong marketing and advertising judgment to develop visual concepts that effectively communicate Varlion's values and connect with our audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align visual strategies with business and communication goals.
• Brand Management: Ensure the consistency and quality of Varlion's visual identity across all touchpoints.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Senior-Level Experience: Proven track record as a Graphic Designer, preferably in marketing environments or agencies.
• Software Proficiency: Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with video editing (Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.
• Photography & Video: Solid skills, training, and experience in creating and editing photography and video for commercial and social media purposes.
• Web Design: Knowledge and experience in web user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design.
• Marketing Vision: Strong marketing and advertising acumen and the ability to translate concepts into effective visual communications.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an international team.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing experience in graphic design, web design, photography, and social media content is essential.
