About The Role We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer with strong experience in AI products to join our team as a UX/UI Designer (AI). In this role, you will be instrumental in designing human-centered, seamless interfaces for next-generation AI applications. Your primary responsibility will be translating complex AI functionalities into clear, engaging, and trustworthy user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand technical capabilities and user needs, ensuring that the interfaces you design are both innovative and user-friendly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for experimentation, a user-first mindset, and the ability to communicate design decisions effectively. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI interfaces in a rapidly scaling environment, contributing to products that have a meaningful impact on users worldwide. Qualifications

• Fluent in English language (B2 Level or higher)
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools
• Strong understanding of AI/ML UX patterns, including prompt design, explainability, confidence indicators, and conversational UI
• Experience designing for web and/or mobile platforms
• Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, ProtoPie, or Framer
• Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI frameworks
• Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and user journey mapping
• Basic understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, model inputs/outputs, and data flows
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present design decisions clearly
• Highly collaborative and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas and iterate quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centric approach

Nice To Have

• Experience with conversational design or chat-based UI
• Previous work on AI, ML, or data-driven products
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end implementation basics
• Experience working in a startup or rapidly scaling environment

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered products, from initial concept to final UI implementation
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and visual design assets to communicate ideas effectively
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to explore and develop new AI features and functionalities
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping to validate designs and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure that interfaces effectively communicate AI behaviors, limitations, and transparency to build user trust
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries tailored for AI interactions
• Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovative patterns in AI UX and human-AI interaction
• Work iteratively, incorporating feedback and data to refine and optimize user interfaces continually
