Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in an agency environment, loves solving creative challenges, and can deliver stunning, brand-consistent visuals across digital and print channels.

What You’ll Do

• Design eye-catching ads and campaign assets for social media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
• Produce brand-aligned visuals for websites, landing pages, product pages, and email marketing campaigns.
• Create animated and static banner ads for digital campaigns.
• Develop illustrations, infographics, and custom visuals for blogs, presentations, and reports.
• Design brochures, promo kits, and other print collateral.
• Collaborate closely with marketers and copywriters to test and optimise designs based on performance (CTR, ROAS, conversions).
• Ensure brand consistency and CRO best practices across all platforms.
• Deliver optimised assets for various screen sizes, formats, and platforms.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance Voi Systems’ design output and processes.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced marketing setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, branding expertise, and marketing-focused design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout principles.
• Knowledge of social media ad formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and best practices for ad optimisation.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
• Strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and ability to collaborate effectively in English.
