Position Summary:

As a Product Marketing Associate at VSSTA, reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing our B2B SaaS product marketing strategy. You will manage various aspects of our marketing efforts, including overseeing our website, LinkedIn page, and sales collateral. Your primary responsibilities will include marketing content creation and delivery to ensure that our marketing strategies align with our sales goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Materials: Create, manage and distribute high quality product marketing materials, focusing on our SaaS product features and processes.
  • Website Management: Collaborate with our in-house developers to oversee the design and content of the VSSTA website.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and enhance the VSSTA LinkedIn page, creating and scheduling posts that align with our B2B marketing strategy and engage our audience.
  • Salesforce Management: Utilize the VSSTA Salesforce platform, ensuring effective use for marketing automation and CRM purposes.
  • Content Cadence: Develop and manage a content calendar, scheduling the creation and release of marketing materials to ensure a consistent and strategic flow of content.
  • Marketing Analytics: Analyze metrics across SEO and different marketing channels and mediums to inform decisions on the impact of marketing strategies and budget.
  • Customer Collaboration: Partner with the VSSTA Sales and MRM team to develop the ideal customer profile, case studies, customer testimonials, coordinated co-branded product launch collaterals, FAQs, and blog articles.
  • Customer Support and Product Collaboration: Coordinate with VSSTA Customer Support and Product teams to develop marketing materials, release schedules, and content that resonate with both prospective and current clients.
  • Manage marketing agency and vendor relationships and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, content creation, and strategy.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and website management tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the auto-body industry.

Location

This position is a fully remote opportunity based in the United States.

Compensation and Schedule

This is a full-time, exempt position. The annual base salary is $80,000-$90,000. Company benefits include Medical Insurance and Paid Time Off.
