What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a senior Infrastructure / DevOps Consultant to design, review, and stress-test our infrastructure — and remain available for on-call consulting as we scale.

Required Experience:

• Proven background running production-grade infra at scale (fintech, DeFi, or high-traffic applications)
• Deep experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloudflare
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation
• Strong monitoring and alerting skills (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
• Security-first mindset (key management, secrets, intrusion detection, access control)
• Hands-on with AWS CDK (Infrastructure as Code)
• Experience in load testing and performance optimization
• Bonus: Experience managing blockchain infra (RPC nodes, indexers, validators, bridges)

Your Role

• Initial Setup: Audit and harden existing infra, ensuring scalability and security
• On-Call Expert: Be available during major launches and scaling events
• Reliability Partner: Safeguard uptime, performance, and user trust
• Advisor: Guide long-term infra strategy and architecture decisions

Commitment

• Phase 1: Part-time (≈20 hours/week for 3 months)
• Phase 2: Hourly on-call consulting moving forward
