About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This full-time, remote position reports directly to the Director of Brand & Marketing and plays a vital role in developing compelling visual content for digital and print channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging marketing materials, including email campaigns, website graphics, social media assets, advertising creatives, and presentation decks. This role requires a creative mind capable of translating strategic ideas into visually appealing designs that align with brand standards and campaign objectives. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize campaigns, develop visual directions, and ensure consistency across all communications. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned designer to contribute to impactful projects within a mission-driven organization, with a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $135,000.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in graphic and web design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Acrobat)
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles and responsive, mobile-first development
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic coding for email and web content is a plus
  • Experience with motion design and video editing software such as Final Cut Pro is a plus
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital marketing materials including email templates, website graphics, social media assets, and advertising creatives
  • Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages
  • Develop and execute visual concepts that support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
  • Work closely with the web development team to design engaging and user-friendly web pages
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials by adhering to established brand standards
  • Brainstorm and generate innovative design ideas aligned with marketing and communication strategies
  • Support the development of performance marketing assets to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in digital design and UX/UI
