About The Role We are looking for a talented and visionary Senior Graphic Designer to lead the evolution of Groundfloor’s brand and visual identity. In this strategic, hands-on role, you will drive design initiatives across digital and print, ensuring consistency and high impact. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and content to shape how we visually communicate our value in the real estate investment and fintech space. If you're an experienced designer with a strong branding background and a passion for financial storytelling, this is an opportunity to help define the future of a fast-growing fintech brand. Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional graphic design experience
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of branding, visual identity, and layout across multiple media formats
- Previous experience working at a high-growth startup preferred
- Industry experience in real estate, fintech, finance, or lending/investing sectors is highly desirable
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard design platforms
- Ability to manage and execute design projects from concept to completion
- Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating across teams
- Motion/animation experience (After Effects, Lottie, Principle) is a significant plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual identity evolution, supporting a brand refresh in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Design across digital and print media including ads, presentations, social content, website graphics, and investor reports
- Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs align with strategic and business objectives
- Present and iterate on design concepts based on stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure design fidelity and seamless integration across digital platforms
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints
