About The Role We are seeking a talented and passionate Web Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing visually compelling, user-centered website designs that align with client needs and industry standards. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and fellow designers to bring ideas to life, ensuring seamless design-to-development transitions. Your creativity and technical skills will contribute to internal projects, client websites, and branding assets, helping us uphold our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, contribute to team culture, and bring energy and innovation to every project. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing website designs created in Figma or similar tools like Adobe XD or Sketch
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and user-centered design processes
  • Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms such as Webflow (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of web development concepts including HTML and CSS
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement

Responsibilities

  • Design modern, clean, and user-centered websites in Figma that meet client specifications and industry best practices
  • Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes that can be seamlessly translated into Webflow or other platforms
  • Establish clear design directions by understanding brand guidelines, user personas, and project goals
  • Create style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure visual consistency across projects
  • Collaborate with developers to facilitate smooth design-to-development handoffs
  • Work closely with project managers and team members to bring projects from concept to completion
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and innovative solutions
  • Design internal projects such as marketing materials, landing pages, and brand assets
  • Support Webflow projects and other no-code/low-code platforms as needed
  • Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and UX/UI best practices
  • Share knowledge with teammates and contribute to a positive team culture through ideas, energy, and humor
