Description of the Role

We’re building something big - a new brand that’s bold, unapologetic and loaded with sharp design and serious cultural energy. It’s made to disrupt, make noise, and spark the kind of fandom most brands only dream about.

We’re looking for a Social & Content Lead to turn that energy into scroll-stopping moments, community buzz and real love for what we’re creating.

This isn’t a “manage the feed” role. It’s your chance to shape the entire conversation from TikTok virality to real-world connection, from storytelling to those moments everyone ends up talking about. You’ll own the platforms, the content, and the community that bring this brand to life.

You’ll be the voice of the brand online, the mind behind the ideas, the humour, the tone, and the moments that truly cut through.

What You'll Own

●    Every corner of our social world from TikTok to Instagram, YouTube and whatever comes next.

●    Content that hits hard: scroll-stopping, conversation-starting, made-for-the-platform creative.

●    A community that feels seen, valued and part of something bigger, not just followers, but fans.

●    TikTok Shop: from launch to creative product drops to influencer collabs and UGC that fuels growth.

●    The moments that make people talk, you know the ones that blur the line between brand and culture.

●    Creator relationships that spark genuine love (and killer content) not one-off posts.

●    Day-to-day collaboration with Brand and Creative to bring campaigns to life with energy and personality.

●    The results - tracking what’s landing, what’s flopping, and how we evolve fast.

Who are we looking for?

●    4+ years in social, content, or community ideally in DTC, lifestyle, or challenger brands.

●    You know online: you get TikTok and Instagram on a gut level and know what earns attention.

●    A proven knack for turning content into connection and connection into growth.

●    You can switch from strategy to execution without blinking. Ideas one minute, editing Reels the next.

●    You understand what builds a true community: listening, replying, and making people care.

●    A creative, proactive mind that’s bursting with ideas, curiosity, and zero fear of trying something new.

Salary: Up to £45 000
