This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to build a career in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Operations. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and stakeholders to analyse product performance, gather user insights, and support data-driven decision-making. The role offers exposure to the full product lifecycle and provides a strong foundation for future growth in product-related careers. Key Responsibilities
- Analyse product performance metrics and user behaviour data.
- Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support user research and customer feedback analysis.
- Monitor key product KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams during product development.
- Assist in product testing and feature validation activities.
- Maintain product documentation and process records.
- Support product launches and post-launch performance reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with academic projects, internships, or product-related coursework.
- Knowledge of product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
