Location: (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–1 Year About The Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI Designer to join our Product and Design team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career designers who are passionate about creating visually appealing and intuitive digital experiences. You will collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to design modern user interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your design skills while working on real-world digital products. Key Responsibilities

  • Design user interface components for web and mobile applications.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups, layouts, and design assets.
  • Assist in maintaining design systems and UI component libraries.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to translate user requirements into visual designs.
  • Ensure consistency across digital products and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with developers to support implementation of designs.
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
  • Stay updated with current UI design trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI Design, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Portfolio demonstrating design projects, academic work, internships, or personal projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Understanding of typography, colour theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals.
  • Experience with prototyping tools.
  • Internship, freelance, or academic project experience.
