Role Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Logo Designer / Brand Identity Designer / Infographic Designer to develop visually compelling designs that communicate brand identity, enhance user engagement, and simplify complex information. The successful candidate will contribute to the creation of logos, brand systems, marketing visuals, and data-driven infographics across digital and print platforms.
The role involves collaborating with marketing teams, content creators, and stakeholders to translate concepts and ideas into visually effective design solutions. The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of design principles and brand strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design original logos and brand identity systems that reflect brand values and positioning.
- Develop visual guidelines including color palettes, typography systems, and brand usage standards.
- Create engaging infographics to present data, processes, and complex information in a clear visual format.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as social media graphics, presentations, banners, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, creative direction, and brand objectives.
- Translate abstract ideas and data into visually compelling and easy-to-understand designs.
- Maintain consistency across all visual outputs in alignment with brand identity guidelines.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from teams and clients.
- Organize and manage design assets, templates, and project files efficiently.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in branding and visual communication.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and visual concept development.
- Ensure all design outputs are optimized for both digital and print formats.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Digital Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating logo design, branding systems, and infographic design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
- Ability to transform complex information into clear, visually engaging graphics.
- Creativity, artistic ability, and strong visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design output.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret creative briefs.
- Understanding of branding principles, marketing communication, and visual identity systems.
- Familiarity with digital content formats for social media and online platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in creative teams.
