Fair profile

The profile shows a strong background in product design management, but the resume is missing, which significantly lowers the overall score. The skills listed are generic and lack specificity; consider adding tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and methodologies (e.g., design thinking, agile). The summary is well-written but could be more impactful with quantifiable achievements. The expected salary of $45,000 USD for a Lead role seems low for US/UK markets, which may affect perceived value. The LinkedIn link is provided but no portfolio or other links. To improve, add a detailed resume with experience, education, and accomplishments; expand skills with specific technologies; and include a portfolio link.

How to improve

Enhance the professional summary by including specific metrics and achievements. For example: 'Experienced Product Design Manager with 8+ years leading cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions that increased user engagement by 30%. Skilled in developing comprehensive design systems used by 50+ product teams, conducting user research that reduced drop-off rates by 20%, and aligning design strategies with business objectives to drive revenue growth.' Also, mention key tools and methodologies, e.g., 'Proficient in Figma, Sketch, and design thinking.'
