About

Senior Product Designer with 11+ years shipping complex products across SaaS, fintech, and enterprise data tools. I work end-to-end — from discovery and framing to developer-ready solutions — and integrate AI tools (Claude, v0, MCP) into my workflow to move faster without sacrificing validation quality. I thrive in cross-functional teams where design has a real seat at the table alongside product and engineering. Based in Barcelona, currently open to remote roles across Europe.

Good profile

Francisco Díaz Lammertyn presents a strong profile as a Senior Product Designer with 11+ years of experience, specializing in SaaS, fintech, and enterprise data tools. The profile highlights end-to-end design capabilities and integration of AI tools, which are highly relevant in today's market. However, there are areas for improvement. The skills list is limited to only three items (Figma, design systems, AI-driven design), which may not fully showcase expertise; adding more technical and soft skills (e.g., user research, prototyping, collaboration tools) would enhance appeal. The lack of a resume significantly impacts the overall score, as it prevents detailed evaluation of work history, achievements, and project specifics. No links (e.g., LinkedIn, portfolio) are provided, missing opportunities to demonstrate work quality and professional networking. Language proficiency is not specified, but assuming Spanish and English from the location and job market, adding explicit details would clarify value. To improve, expand the skills section with a broader range of design and technical competencies, create and upload a comprehensive resume detailing projects and quantifiable outcomes, and add relevant links to a portfolio or professional profiles. These steps will better align the profile with market demands and increase visibility to employers.

How to improve

The professional summary is clear and well-structured, effectively highlighting experience, industry focus, and AI integration. To enhance it, consider these specific recommendations: 1) Add quantifiable achievements, such as 'Increased user engagement by 20% through AI-driven design optimizations' or 'Reduced design iteration time by 30% using tools like Claude and v0.' 2) Specify key methodologies or frameworks used in end-to-end processes, e.g., 'Utilizing design thinking and agile methodologies to deliver developer-ready solutions.' 3) Mention collaboration impact more concretely, like 'Led cross-functional teams of 5+ members to align design with product and engineering goals.' 4) Tailor the remote work preference by stating 'Open to remote roles across Europe, with experience in distributed team environments.' These additions will make the summary more detailed, results-oriented, and compelling to recruiters.
