Good profile

The profile is strong overall, with a clear specialization in brand design and illustration, a solid professional summary, and relevant links. However, the absence of a resume is a significant drawback. To improve, the candidate should provide a detailed resume that lists work history, education, and specific achievements. The skills section is too brief and could be expanded to include tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and soft skills. The expected salary of €50,000 for a senior role in the Netherlands is slightly below market average, which may be adjusted. The candidate's location in Groningen is less central but acceptable for remote work. The links to LinkedIn and portfolio are valuable and should be maintained.

How to improve

The professional summary is already quite strong, but could be enhanced by adding specific metrics or notable clients to demonstrate impact. For example, mention the number of projects completed, revenue generated, or awards won. Also, consider including a brief statement about your design philosophy or unique selling point. Finally, ensure the summary is tailored to the roles you are targeting, emphasizing the most relevant experience.
