Good profile

Ryan McCarthy's profile demonstrates a strong background in product design leadership with over 25 years of experience, specializing in cross-platform UX/UI design and creative problem-solving. The candidate is positioned well for senior roles such as Principal Product Designer, which is highly sought after in the tech industry. However, there are areas for improvement: The professional summary could be more detailed about specific achievements or contributions to past projects. Additionally, while the provided links (LinkedIn, Dribbble, Portfolio) add value, the lack of an accessible resume significantly impacts the overall completeness of the application. Including measurable outcomes from previous roles would further strengthen the profile. Finally, mentioning proficiency levels for languages spoken could enhance global appeal.

How to improve

To enhance the professional summary, consider including quantifiable achievements or impactful contributions from your career. For instance, mention how you've led teams to achieve certain milestones, improved user engagement metrics, or contributed to revenue growth through design-led initiatives. Highlighting specific examples of successful design systems or cross-platform solutions will provide potential employers with concrete evidence of your capabilities. Also, tailor the summary slightly to emphasize what makes you unique compared to other Principal Product Designers in the market.
