Good profile

Daniel Bayley's profile shows strong potential with high-demand skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and web technologies, backed by senior-level experience and a top-tier location in London, UK. However, significant gaps exist: no resume is provided, which severely limits marketability and scoring; the job title 'Motion/Graphic Designer/Developer' is somewhat niche and may not align perfectly with high-demand roles like 'Frontend Developer' or 'UI/UX Engineer'; the summary is concise but lacks detail on achievements, impact, or specific projects; and no links (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio) are included, missing opportunities to showcase work. To improve, Daniel should: 1) Create and upload a detailed resume highlighting key projects, metrics, and responsibilities; 2) Consider refining the job title to better match market trends; 3) Expand the summary with quantifiable results and career highlights; 4) Add relevant links to demonstrate expertise and open-source contributions. These actions will enhance visibility and appeal to employers in the competitive web design and development market.

How to improve

The current summary is brief and lacks depth, making it less effective in capturing attention. To enhance it, Daniel should: 1) Start with a clear professional identity, e.g., 'Senior Motion/Graphic Designer and Developer specializing in JavaScript/TypeScript'; 2) Include specific achievements, such as 'Top 1% JavaScript/TypeScript engineer with contributions to [mention notable open-source projects]'; 3) Highlight impact with metrics, e.g., 'Designed and developed interactive web graphics that improved user engagement by X%'; 4) Mention key skills and methodologies, like 'Expert in HTML/SVG/CSS, Node.js, React.js, with a focus on composition over inheritance for scalable solutions'; 5) End with career goals, e.g., 'Seeking contract roles in the EU/UK to deliver innovative design and development solutions.' This will make the summary more compelling and aligned with market expectations.
