Custom Ink Elevates Leadership with Arthur Chapin as New Chief Product, Design, and Technology Officer

Custom Ink, a leader in custom products and apparel, has announced the appointment of Arthur Chapin as the Chief Product, Design & Technology Officer. Chapin, who previously worked at Expedia Group and Realtor.com, brings nearly 25 years of experience in product, technology, and design.

Chapin's role will focus on consolidating Custom Ink's Product, Design, and Technology functions to create innovative solutions for customers and drive business growth. CEO David Doctorow praised Chapin’s customer-first mindset and his previous success in leading significant organizational changes.

In addition, Bailey Rockwell Adrian has been promoted to Vice President, Power Buyers. She has been with Custom Ink since 2010, serving in various leadership roles and will now manage a new unit focused on high-volume corporate customers.
