Axor, the renowned design-led bathroom brand, has unveiled Axor Archivio, a new collection created in collaboration with the acclaimed London-based design duo Barber Osgerby. This collection is set to be revealed at Milan Design Week 2026, marking a significant moment in bathroom design.
Conceived as a 'timeless archive, reimagined', Axor Archivio draws inspiration from classical forms, transforming them into a softer, more contemporary design language. The collection features curved spouts, gently flared bases, and tactile handles, creating a calm and balanced aesthetic that seamlessly integrates into various interior styles.

At its core, the collection emphasizes longevity—not just in durability but in design. Barber Osgerby explain, 'We set out to create a new icon for Axor – an object that’s instantly recognisable and lasting. The collection looks to the past while presenting it through a refined, contemporary lens, achieving a seamless balance between past and future.'

Axor Archivio offers versatile solutions across the bathroom. A signature three-hole tap anchors the collection, defined by its curved spout and softly contoured, bloom-like cross handles. The collection also includes single-lever and wall-mounted options, providing variations in height and proportion. For the bath, a freestanding tap serves as a sculptural focal point, complemented by wall-mounted spouts and three-hole configurations.

In the shower, the collection extends into both concealed and exposed systems, featuring overhead and hand-held showers, coordinated sets, and a porter unit. This comprehensive approach ensures flexibility without compromising visual coherence.
The launch is part of Axor's 'Escape the ordinary!' campaign, which explores how thoughtful design can elevate everyday rituals. At Milan Design Week, Axor Archivio will be presented alongside the Waterway bathroom concept by Haihua Zhang—a serene, immersive environment that frames water as both a functional and sensory experience.

Together, these elements highlight Axor's vision of bathrooms as highly personal interiors shaped by material, atmosphere, and flow. With Axor Archivio, this vision is expressed through restraint, defined by the quiet confidence of its details.
