This innovative project includes a hotel and residential apartments that face a central garden, providing breathtaking views of the nearby beach.

The Tempo development is strategically situated outside of São Paulo, designed to immerse guests and residents in the natural beauty of its surroundings. The architecture aims to harmonize with the stunning mountainous landscape and the vibrant coastal environment.

The design features two irregularly-shaped buildings constructed with amoeboid floor plates that are stacked and lined with terraces. At the heart of the development lies an expansive garden, surrounded by private decks adorned with lush greenery.
