Revolutionary Outdoor Cantilever Umbrella Wins Red Dot Award: A Game-Changer for Patio Comfort

The Frustration with Traditional Outdoor Umbrellas

Outdoor umbrellas have long been a source of frustration, designed seemingly by those who've never had to adjust one under the scorching sun. Traditional designs force users into a constant shadow chase, while cantilever umbrellas, though promising flexibility, often deliver a cumbersome experience.

Introducing the Novara Cantilever Umbrella

The Novara Cantilever Umbrella, a 2025 Red Dot Award winner, redefines outdoor shade with its user-centric design. Patrick van Lierop, Liming Zhang, and Yifei Wu of Zhejiang Zhengte Co. tackled the core issue: ergonomic handle placement. Their solution? A front-mounted handle that aligns with natural movement, eliminating awkward adjustments.

Why It Works

• Precision-matched base and canopy ensure stability and ease of use.
• Smooth rotating cuff mechanism avoids the dreaded grinding noise.
• All-in-one packaging removes the hassle of incompatible parts.

Sustainable and Durable

Built from recycled materials, the Novara doesn't compromise on quality or environmental responsibility. Its design promotes emotional longevity, encouraging users to keep it season after season.

A Testament to Innovative Design

The Novara Cantilever Umbrella stands as a testament to innovative design, transforming a traditionally frustrating product into a seamless and enjoyable experience.
