Transform Your Kitchen: Inside Jeremiah Brent and Nate Berkus's Stunning Marble Makeover

The Fab Five are back with Season 9 of Queer Eye, introducing Jeremiah Brent as the new interior designer! In honor of this exciting season, we take a closer look at the breathtaking kitchen renovation of Jeremiah Brent and Nate Berkus in their NYC home.

A Chic Transformation

Nate and Jeremiah have transformed their kitchen from dated and dark to a sophisticated and light-filled oasis. The kitchen now boasts light-wash herringbone floors, black and white marble countertops, and eye-catching modern light fixtures. The kitchen island stands out as the star of the space.

Designer Insights

Interior designer Tyler Del Vento praises the marble island, stating it adds the drama and style that makes the kitchen truly stunning. She notes, "The details – the scalloped corners, double layer countertop, and base molding – are all swoon-worthy."

Soledad Alzaga, another esteemed designer, highlights the kitchen's cohesive look, emphasizing the heavy marble island that ties the design together. She mentions, "Using the same stone for the countertops, backsplash, and island creates an understated glamorous effect."

Why Marble Matters

Marble is not just stylish; it's timeless and elegant. The use of marble throughout the kitchen, paired with beautifully refinished parquet flooring, adds warmth and texture, making the space feel inviting and luxurious.
