Unveiling Villa Miami: The Skyscraper That Redefines Luxury Living

ODP Architects Breaks Ground on Villa Miami

Architecture studio ODP Architects has officially broken ground on the 56-storey Villa Miami skyscraper, set to become a beacon of opulence and exclusivity in Miami's East Edgewater neighborhood. This stunning structure will feature an exoskeleton reminiscent of a faceted diamond, with a helicopter landing pad crowning its impressive height of 650 feet (198 meters).

Luxury Residences and Amenities

Villa Miami will house 70 luxurious residences alongside a plethora of high-end amenities including:

• A pool deck
• A spa
• A member’s and yacht club
• A ground-floor restaurant
• A rooftop helipad

According to ODP Architects, this residential complex will feature waterfront homes in the sky, adorned in bronze, and designed to provide an unparalleled living experience.

Architectural Design Inspiration

The tower’s design draws inspiration from the interplay of light on water in the nearby Biscayne Bay, showcasing a striking geometric facade with a copper exoskeleton that elegantly encases and supports the glass structure. The architectural team emphasizes:

"The architectural design of Villa Miami draws inspiration from the mesmerizing interplay of light on water and the serene tranquillity found in the adjacent bay."

The copper and glass facade features bevelled corners, with geometric glass panels at the base indicating vibrant spaces like restaurants and clubs.

Exquisite Interiors

Interior designs will feature a palette of wood, exquisite stones, metal, and predominantly white walls, creating an atmosphere of refined elegance and sophistication. Developers Terra, One Thousand Group, and the Major Food Group are committed to delivering an unrivalled experience in service, cuisine, and design, aiming to elevate the luxury condo market.

The project is set to be completed in 2027, promising to transform the Miami skyline with its unique design and luxurious offerings.
