Hiring: Senior WordPress (Elementor) Developer — UX/Conversion + SEO (RFAMD)

Remote, milestone-based (Upwork). Potential monthly retainer after launch.

RFAMD is a patient education and physician directory platform focused on helping patients avoid unnecessary thyroid surgery through high-quality resources and a global doctor directory/map. This is not a “page builder” role. It requires strong UX judgment, conversion thinking, and SEO fundamentals—implemented cleanly in Elementor.

Scope (V1 build)

• Build a cohesive Elementor design system (typography, spacing, components)
• Implement key pages + templates from CodePen design references (guidance only—must improve UX to 2026 standards)
• Integrate existing interactive map (already built) into the new directory experience
• Set up a simple booking flow (Calendly + Stripe) + thank-you pages
• Basic email automation skeleton (Mailchimp) + tracking hooks (GA4/GTM) + Search Console readiness
• Condition pillar pages (SEO structure) + blog templates + resources hub
