WEB DEVELOPER (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week) — Remote$700 – $1,000 USD/month (based on experience)

We’re a digital agency serving international B2B clients. We’re hiring a part-time Web Developer to build and refine high-quality landing pages in WordPress + Elementor. This role requires strong design judgment — especially spacing, alignment, typography, and mobile layout.

🔘 Flexible hours — you can work evenings/weekends as needed, as long as deadlines are met and communication is reliable

🛑 KEY REQUIREMENT: DESIGN JUDGMENT

You must be able to review an Elementor page and immediately identify what needs fixing to meet a professional standard—especially spacing, alignment, typography, and mobile layout.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

🔘 Build and update landing pages in WordPress + Elementor (mobile-first)

🔘 Create and maintain reusable Elementor sections/templates (consistent styles)

🔘 Implement and troubleshoot Calendly + Stripe booking/payment flows

🔘 Improve page clarity and conversion (layout, hierarchy, forms, speed basics)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

🔘 3+ years web development (strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

🔘 Strong Elementor workflow (responsive settings, global styles, templates)

🔘 WordPress site maintenance (updates, plugin management, basic security)

🔘 Comfortable handling plugin conflicts and troubleshooting

🔘 Familiar with performance basics (caching, image optimization, Core Web Vitals)

🔘 Uses AI tools for QA/code review and workflow efficiency

🔘 Good English

🔘 Self-QA before delivery (desktop + tablet + mobile)

🔘 Consistent spacing and typography across sections

🔘 Clean handoff: link to page + summary of changes
