The role

We're looking for a Senior Art Director who breathes AI. Someone who wakes up checking what Runway just shipped, who dreams in Midjourney prompts, who sees Higgsfield and Kling as extensions of their creative brain. You're not learning AI - you're already there. You've replaced half your traditional workflow with generative tools. You move seamlessly between art direction, design, motion, video - because AI has made you a one-person creative army. You still master the fundamentals (typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy) - but you use AI to transcend them, faster and bolder than ever before.

AI-first creative production

• Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Flux, Leonardo, Ideogram - you know when to use what
• Runway Gen-3, Kling, Higgsfield, Pika, Luma Dream Machine - video generation is your daily bread
• Magnific AI, Topaz - upscaling and enhancement at production quality
• Sora, Veo - you're already on the waitlists, testing every beta
• Meshy, Tripo AI - 3D generation when the project calls for it
• ElevenLabs, Suno - sound and voice to complete the picture
• Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill - seamless integration in production pipelines

Art direction & creation

• Design and lead premium visual territories for luxury, beauty, and lifestyle brands
• Develop bold, elegant creative concepts that scale across all touchpoints
• Deliver execution at the level of top international agencies - fast, without compromise
• Turn around concepts in hours, not days - because you know which AI tool solves which problem

Design & visual excellence

• Expert command of fundamentals: composition, typography, hierarchy, color, graphic storytelling
• Ability to translate a strategic brief into a clear, sophisticated, impactful visual system
• Motion design fluency - AI-assisted or traditional

• You follow every AI creative account, every Discord, every release note

Your profile

• 8+ years of experience in art direction and/or design
• Strong track record in luxury, beauty, lifestyle
• Obsessive relationship with AI creative tools - not curious, obsessed
• Portfolio that shows AI-generated or AI-assisted work at production level
• Agile, fast, solution-oriented
• Eager to collaborate, share, grow and help others grow
• Good vibes, positive energy

Flexible organization We operate with teams working in relay to cover 7 days a week. You can join:

• The weekday team (Monday → Friday)
• The weekend team (Saturday → Sunday)
• A mix of both, depending on your preferences and your life
