- Develop a robust visual framework built from existing brand codes and brand identity.
- Demonstrate system application for retail environments (signage, windows, spatial patterning), packaging, digital ecosystem (PDP/PLP, social, email), and brand storytelling (film, motion, experiential).
- Create and organize guidelines in Canva, building on an existing deck, with assets prepared for Figma, AI, PSD, and video.
- Deliver hero mockups and prototypes across key touchpoints to show best-in-class execution.
- Build an expanded toolkit: grids, color and type systems, motion principles, and channel-specific templates.
- Support rollout, onboarding, and training sessions for internal teams and external agencies; provide feedback on pilot applications.
- Participate in weekly 1:1s and milestone reviews with creative leadership and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior brand, systems, or visual designer leading comprehensive design systems for consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating codified design languages applied across retail, packaging, digital, and campaign work.
- Expertise in building guideline documents and toolkits (Canva and at least one of Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, motion tools).
