313 Developments is looking for a Revit Technician to support our in-house architect across a growing portfolio of residential and commercial projects.
This is a flexible role based around Manchester, with the opportunity to work from home most days. Office attendance will only be required when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Support our in-house architect across live projects
- Assist with drawing packages, revisions and project information
- Liaise with clients professionally by phone and email
- Arrange and book site surveys
- Help coordinate project information and appointments
What we’re looking for
- Confident experience using Autodesk Revit
- Good understanding of architectural and technical drawings
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Comfortable dealing directly with clients
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Reliable, professional and able to work independently
- Own computer and mobile phone required
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred, but not essential
Working arrangements
- Manchester area
- Predominantly remote / work from home
- Business calls can be redirected to your phone
- Flexible working arrangement depending on project requirements
