  • Remote | UK | Part-time | 3–6-month contract

Our client is expanding their digital optimisation capability and is seeking an experienced Personalisation & Experimentation Consultant to support a high-impact programme focused on improving customer experiences and conversion performance. This contract opportunity has arisen due to continued growth in the client’s experimentation roadmap, with additional support needed to accelerate testing and personalisation initiatives across multiple digital channels.

We are working with an innovative, data-driven organisation that places experimentation and customer insight at the centre of its digital strategy. The Personalisation & Experimentation Consultant will join a collaborative team focused on delivering measurable results through intelligent testing and personalisation. This role offers the opportunity to shape experimentation strategy while also delivering hands-on execution across web, mobile apps, and email channels.

The Personalisation & Experimentation Consultant will help design, deliver, and optimise experimentation programmes using modern personalisation tools. Depending on experience, they may operate across both strategic planning and technical execution, or focus more deeply on either experimentation strategy or hands-on campaign delivery.

Role Highlights – The Personalisation & Experimentation Consultant will

– Plan and deliver A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels

– Manage personalisation campaigns using Dynamic Yield

– Analyse experiment results and translate insights into actionable improvements

– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritise testing opportunities

– Support optimisation initiatives across web, mobile app, and email journeys

You Will Need – The role requires

– Proven hands-on experience with Dynamic Yield experimentation platform

– Strong understanding of A/B testing and personalisation frameworks

– Experience analysing experiment results and performance metrics

– Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

– Background working within e-commerce or retail environments preferred
