Details

• Remote (EST hours preferred)
• 2-month contract position with possibility of extending

Key Responsibilities

• Use STEP files and CAD data to create 3D animations and video content showcasing product design and functionality.
• Translate complex mechanical components into visually engaging and easy-to-understand animations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, product) to accurately represent features and performance.
• Edit and deliver final video assets in a format suitable for digital marketing, sales enablement, and trade shows.
• Incorporate branding, annotations, callouts, or other visual elements to enhance viewer understanding.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating 3D animations and product videos, ideally for industrial or mechanical products.
• Proficiency in 3D software (e.g., Blender, KeyShot, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks Visualize, or similar).
• Ability to work with CAD and STEP files.
• Strong visual storytelling and animation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and technical clarity.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and taking feedback constructively.
