We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our remote team and help shape the visual identity of some of the world’s most widely used productivity applications. If you’re passionate about web design, storytelling through visuals, and creating content that reaches millions, this role is for you.

As part of a collaborative squad of marketers, engineers, writers, and strategists, you’ll design high-quality visual assets that drive organic growth, support AI feature launches, and elevate our digital experiences across landing pages, blogs, and product content.

What You’ll Do

• Design engaging visuals for landing pages, promotional content, feature graphics, and editorial articles
• Support organic growth initiatives with creative, high-impact design assets
• Collaborate closely with SEO writers and content strategists to align copy and visuals
• Work within established brand guidelines and Figma design systems
• Upload and update visuals in the CMS, improving existing pages where needed
• Audit and standardize visual documentation, templates, and design playbooks
• Keep up with design trends in tech, productivity, and AI

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in web design, graphic design, or digital content creation
• Strong portfolio showcasing web visuals, landing pages, and brand-aligned graphics
• Expert in Figma and experienced with design systems
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools
• Comfortable working fully remote and collaborating across time zones
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage your own workload
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Bonus: Experience with digital publishing, web content, or consumer-facing brands
