UX Designer

Overview

Our global insurance client is seeking a remote temporary UX Product Designer to support and optimize customer-facing digital sales experiences in an agile environment. This role focuses on iterative testing, user-centered design, and cross-functional collaboration to drive conversion and improve the end-to-end customer journey.

Duration: 12 months (potential to convert)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance digital sales experiences with a focus on usability and conversion
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Design teams in agile squads
• Support A/B testing and iterative improvements, evolving into more strategic design work
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions
• Contribute to user research, usability testing, and continuous optimizationQualifications

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience (agile preferred)
• Experience designing customer-facing sales or conversion-driven experiences
• Strong proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components required)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work (required)

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare
