About The Role We are seeking a curious and versatile UX Designer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our digital products, from initial concepts to fully polished, user-tested experiences. This position offers a broad scope, allowing you to work on a variety of projects—ranging from strategic planning of new products to refining existing user flows. You will collaborate closely with product managers, marketing teams, and engineering to create engaging, user-centered designs that align with business goals and meet member needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for good design, an understanding of brand consistency, and the ability to differentiate between functional and emotionally resonant experiences. • 4+ years of professional UX design experience, either in an agency or in-house setting
• A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, end-to-end design process, and strong visual execution
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-informed design iteration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting ideas to non-design stakeholders
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and proactive problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous problems and early-stage concepts into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and testable hypotheses
• Own the UX process across the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to launch and ongoing iteration
• Design and execute A/B tests and usability studies to enhance conversion rates, user engagement, and member satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure experience design aligns with member needs and organizational goals
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality UI components with meticulous attention to detail
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and component library within Figma
• Bring a strong aesthetic sense and craft to execution, ensuring designs are both functional and visually compelling
