The Role:

You’ll produce beautiful, conversion-ready Ignite websites using our proprietary editor, established themes and workflows. Expect clear SOPs, checklists, and close collaboration with a Project Manager to keep timelines on track.

What We’re Looking For:

An organized, detail-oriented, creative junior web designer who thrives in structured workflows, handles multiple projects with ease, and consistently delivers outstanding results.

You will:

• Build Ignite sites in our builder using approved templates, sections, and design systems.
• Implement client content (copy, images, logos) and make light layout tweaks while maintaining brand consistency.
• Work closely with Project Managers to follow project timelines and milestones.
• Simultaneously manage multiple Ignite projects.
• Maintain proactive, clear communication and documentation for project updates.

Requirements:

• 1+ year practical experience building WordPress sites.
• Familiarity with popular WordPress visual builders (Elementor, Divi, Oxygen) or similar is a huge plus.
• Proficiency in CSS3, SCSS, HTML, and responsive design.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Software We Use:

• Project Management: ClickUp
• CRM: HubSpot
• Communication: Slack
• Virtual Meetings: Google Meet
• Web Builder: Spark Editor (Proprietary, similar to Elementor, Divi, WPBakery)

Compensation & Details:

• Hourly Rate: $8-$12 USD/hr (based on experience).
• Hours: 40 hours/week, aligned with EST working hours.
• Remote: Fully remote.
