About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Architect to join our dynamic development team at Vistex. In this role, you will lead the design and scaling of complex frontend applications, ensuring robust architecture, optimal performance, and seamless user experiences. You will be instrumental in defining the evolution of our frontend architecture, implementing best practices in state management, data-fetching strategies, and UI design. Your expertise will drive technical excellence across projects, mentoring junior developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the strategic growth of our platform. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the technical direction of a rapidly expanding company and work on innovative solutions that impact global clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in frontend development and architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs, microservices, and complex backend services, with practical experience in Docker-based deployments.
• Advanced knowledge of state management and data-fetching libraries such as React Query, Redux Toolkit, and Entity Framework Core.
• Strong understanding of software design principles including Clean Architecture, SOLID, OOP, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Proficiency in modern frontend styling, including CSS/SCSS, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale complex frontend applications utilizing technologies such as TypeScript, React, React Query, Redux, Vite, and React Router, while defining the evolution of frontend architecture, state management, and data-fetching strategies.
• Lead technical analysis and solution design for major features, promoting improvements in coding standards and engineering practices within the UI domain.
• Ensure the quality, performance, accessibility, and maintainability of frontend solutions, maintaining operational stability from development through to production deployment.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams to define API contracts and integrate services using REST, authentication protocols, and real-time communication patterns.
• Resolve complex and ambiguous technical challenges across components, providing clear architectural guidance and strategic direction for the team.
• Mentor and coach mid-level and junior developers through structured feedback, pairing sessions, and high-standard code reviews to foster continuous learning and development.
• Partner with Product, UX/UI, and QA teams to translate business requirements into seamless, user-centric end-to-end experiences.
• Drive improvements in tooling, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to optimize deployment processes and enhance team productivity.
• Contribute to the development of long-term technical strategies, shared component libraries, and the evolution of our design system.
