Founding Design Lead (Co-founder) — AiTuki 🚀
AiTuki is an early-stage health-tech startup building a BioSignal Intelligence platform — turning real-time body data into one or two personalised daily actions, helping people close the gap between knowing what's good for them and actually doing it.
We're pre-seed, running a clinical study with Bupa as a potential first client.
We're looking for a Founding Design Lead to own product design and lead our design team.
What you'll do:
- Lead and manage the design team
- Own product design end-to-end — wireframes, UX/UI, user flows
- Turn our vision into a frictionless experience, ready to build
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience leading design in tech
- Expert in Figma and wireframing
- Someone who takes a brief and runs with it — not waiting to be told
- Health-tech experience a plus, not essential
The offer:
This is a co-founder role — equity-based, no salary at this stage. Everyone here works on shares until we raise. It's for someone who wants to build a company, not take a job.
