WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?
We are looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer who combines strong visual storytelling skills with a strategic mindset!
🗝️Fully remote work (from Poland)
🗝️Full-time
Main tasks:
- Lead the design and execution of creative assets across digital and offline channels, including websites, landing pages, newsletters, email communications, digital campaigns, animations, promotional materials etc.
- Develop engaging visual concepts for interactive consumer experiences, gamification initiatives, and promotional campaigns
- Ensure a seamless, user-centered, and brand-consistent experience across all customer touchpoints
- Act as a brand guardian, maintaining visual consistency and adapting global creative assets into impactful local executions
- Own creative projects from concept development through final delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, content, advocacy teams, agencies, printers, and production partners
- Challenge briefs, propose innovative solutions, and identify opportunities to improve consumer engagement and business impact
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in design, AI, technology
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of professional graphic design experience gained in an agency, studio, or in-house environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across both digital and print design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma
- Experience working with AI-powered creative tools
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual storytelling, and user experience principles
- Knowledge of print production processes, specifications, and quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent English - at least B2+/C1; German is a plus
