Job Title: Direct Response Graphic Designer (Remote)Company: Alua.

Pay: €2000-€3500/month based on experience.

The Role We are looking for a data-driven Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is not just about making things look good; it is about driving results. You will specialize in crafting high-converting staticads for our paid social channels.

You are the ideal candidate if you view design through the lens of performance. You understand that a creative is only as good as its click-through rate and conversion rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact direct response static creatives using Canva or Figma.
• Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g.Nano Banana) to speed up workflows and iterate on concepts rapidly.
• Collaborate with the founder and team to turn marketing angles into visual assets.
• Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data.

Requirements

• DTC Experience: Proven experience designing direct response ads for e-commerce brands.
• Tool Stack: Proficiency in Canva or Figma is essential.
• AI Native: Expert-level skill in Generative AI tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Midjourney).
• Language: Professional fluency in English (C1/C2) is required.
• Mindset: You are eager to learn, adapt, and grow into a full-time role based on performance.
