This is an unpaid, volunteer opportunityAbout The Affiliated Organization Antarang Foundation is a 12-year-old organization that enables access to aspirational careers for adolescents in order to smoothen their transition from education to employment. Antarang envisions a world where every young person is passionately, productively and positively engaged in a career of their choice. Over the years, Antarang has impacted 450,000+ students from socially and economically vulnerable backgrounds through its core programs - CareerAware and CareeReady. 86% of Antarang graduates are productively engaged in education, employment or training. Antarang focuses towards a systemic education-to-employment transition by advocating government and industries to build an employability ecosystem. The Antarang Careers Model bridges the gap between school and work by embedding a high quality, geographically customised, actionable career awareness and readiness curriculum in high schools across the country; and training a cadre of career facilitators to guide adolescents in making aspirational transitions from school to higher/ vocational education and work.
