Overview - Lead client’s presence across organic social platforms. You are responsible for the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and performance analysis of all organic social efforts.. You’ll work closely with our clients to build a compelling, consistent social voice that drives engagement, community growth, and brand loyalty—organically.

Subject matter requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in organic social media, with a proven track record of growing and engaging communities
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and current trends
  • Minimum of 10 hours per week availability with some Pacific Time Zone crossover
  • Deep platform expertise with Instagram, Tik Tok, TikTok Shop, Linkedin, X, Facebook, Youtube, and Threads.
  • Strong grasp of data-driven, direct response, KPI-driven lead gen marketing
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and current trends
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities

Client management requirements

  • Extensive experience working directly with clients

  • Lead client communications
  • Ensure strategy and roadmap deliver on business objectives
  • Strong project management skills
  • Responsive, organized, and reliable communication across email, video conferencing, and tools like Slack and Google Apps for Work

Typical project scopes include:

  • Lead the organic social strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, etc.)
  • Own the content calendar and oversee content planning, creation, publishing, and optimization
  • Create campaigns and storytelling initiatives that align with business goals and resonate with key audiences
  • Develop and execute high-impact content strategies across various formats (static, video, reels, carousels) by collaborating with brand, design, video, and product teams.
  • Serve as the bridge between the customer and the community, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant and engaging
  • Analyze performance data using native platform insights and tools like GA4 to report on KPIs and report on ways to continuously improve performance
  • Manage organic influencer and ambassador initiatives, including sourcing, communication, and content approval
  • Partner with paid social teams to align on messaging and maximize cross-channel impact
