We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to drive product-led growth (PLG) and monetization for a global SaaS leader’s SMB eCommerce business. This is a high-impact IC role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, owns outcomes end-to-end, and leverages AI & experimentation to scale growth.
Top skills
- Owned a structured experimentation program end-to-end. not just someone who has "run A/B tests" as part of a broader role — we need evidence of owning the full program: prioritization, test design, analysis, and iteration. Bonus if they can speak to a framework they used to prioritize their roadmap
- PLG and monetization experience in a self-serve SaaS model. Specifically activation and expansion — not acquisition. we want someone who has worked with product usage data to identify growth opportunities and translate them into experiments. experience with trial-to-paid conversion, upsell motions, or PQL frameworks is ideal.
- Bias toward action with imperfect data. Our environment is complex and the data is messy. we need someone who moves quickly with incomplete information rather than waiting for ideal conditions. candidates who default to extensive analysis before acting are not a fit.
Required Skills:
- Proven ownership of a full experimentation program (not just running tests)
- Strong experience in PLG SaaS environments (activation + expansion focus)
- Hands-on work with product usage data to drive growth decisions
- Demonstrated bias for action in fast-moving, imperfect data environments.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Growth / Lifecycle / Digital Marketing (SaaS or eCommerce)
- Strong analytical mindset with experimentation experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product & Analytics teams
- Familiarity with PLG and lifecycle marketing strategies
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel (activation → expansion → monetization)
- Design and execute structured experimentation programs (A/B, multivariate, rapid testing)
- Translate product usage data & behavioral signals into growth hypotheses
- Drive trial-to-paid conversion, upsell, and expansion strategies
- Partner with Product, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to strengthen PQL motion
- Build dashboards and frameworks to track conversion, retention, and revenue impact
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate experimentation and personalization
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with strong ownership and accountability
Nice To Have:
- Experience with PQL frameworks
- Tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Optimizely, Adobe Analytics
- Experience in SMB / self-serve SaaS models
- Exposure to AI-powered workflows, automation, or personalization
There may be quarterly travel for work, though its not a mandate
