3D Designer — Ad-HocFreelanceReal Estate | Remote (MUST live in Australia with full working rights)About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join us on an ongoing, ad-hoc contract basis. Working remotely from anywhere in Australia, you will play a key role in producing high-quality design packs for real estate signage and interior environments.

This is a project-based engagement with continued work available for the right candidate.

*You MUST be living in Australia with Full Working Rights

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with the team, you will receive detailed briefings and a comprehensive suite of reference materials - including current office photography, floor plans with key measurements, example design packs, and a design and details pack to produce polished, professional 3D visualisation packs. You will apply a strong understanding of design fundamentals for signage and interiors to bring each space to life accurately and compellingly.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrably strong 3D modelling and visualisation skills, with a portfolio to match
• Experience in interior and/or signage design environments
• The ability to interpret floor plans, photography, and design briefs accurately
• A high level of attention to detail and spatial awareness
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Reliability and responsiveness in an ad-hoc, project-based workflow
