Freelance Senior DesignerRemote | Outside IR35 | Up to £258 per day (Ltd/Umbrella)ASAP Start | Initial contract until end of June 2026 | Potential Extension I’m currently recruiting on behalf of my client, an integrated creative agency embedded within a prestigious Magic Circle law firm, for an experienced Senior Designer to join the team on a freelance contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled designer with a strong editorial background and a sharp eye for detail to work on high-profile reporting and corporate communications projects within a professional services environment. The Role You’ll be responsible for the design and artworking of polished, high-quality reports and documents, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strong visual storytelling throughout. This role requires someone who is confident working within established brand guidelines while also bringing strong layout and editorial design expertise. You’ll collaborate closely with internal creative and stakeholder teams to deliver professional, deadline-driven reporting projects to an exceptional standard. Required Skills & Experience Strong editorial design background with proven experience in reporting design and artworking Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign Expertise in setting up and managing paragraph and character styles, templates, and style sheets Strong understanding of grid systems and structured document layouts Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines Experience working on corporate reports, annual reports, ESG reports, or similar documentation Desirable (but not essential) Accessibility experience, including tagging PDFs and setting reading order in InDesign Additional Information Fully remote role Outside IR35 Candidates must be able to work via Ltd Company or Umbrella Candidate must provide their own laptop/equipment Immediate availability required This contract is initially running until the end of June, with strong potential for extension while the client hires permanently.
