Your Mission

• Architect, build, and ship world-class, scalable software across the full stack (front-end, back-end, infra).
• Lead & mentor - inspire engineers, review code, run design sessions, and champion engineering excellence.
• Drive technical design & architecture decisions that will power a product used by thousands daily.
• Work in fast, focused sprints - we deliver clean code, automated tests, and working features every cycle.

You’ll Fit Right In If You Have

✅ Proven mentoring and leadership experience (team or project level)

✅ Strong OOP skills with deep understanding of design principles, patterns, and architecture

✅ 4+ years full-stack development experience - you can come from any OOP background (.Net, PHP, Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, etc.) but you must be truly full-stack (React, Vue, TypeScript, AWS, etc.)

✅ Love collaborating, solving big problems, and shipping high-quality features at speed
