Karst Goods & Fifth Studio

We're a global design-led premium stationery brand, specialising in stone paper, currently managing the relaunch of Fifth Studio (previously The:5th).

We care deeply about craft, materiality, brand and product design — we're looking for a creative to join our team.

The Role

You'll work across both Karst and Fifth Studio under the Design Director, producing work that spans print, digital, brand, and campaign. This is a hands-on production role with real creative responsibility — you'll be given briefs and expected to bring thinking, not just execution.

The brands are distinct. Karst is grounded in materiality and function. Fifth Studio is editorial and considered. You'll need to move between them with clarity.

We work across physical product, ecommerce, and brand campaigns. Experience in consumer goods, ecommerce, or marketing is important — you need to understand how design functions commercially, not just aesthetically. If you've worked in a product brand, retail environment, or performance-led marketing studio, that context will serve you well here.

What You'll Work On

• eDMs, digital ads, and social content across both brands
• Packaging, print collateral, and production artwork
• Campaign layouts and brand rollouts
• Website assets and landing page design
• AI-assisted image generation and creative concepting
• Wholesale and trade materials

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years experience in a design studio, agency, or in-house brand team
• Background in consumer goods, ecommerce, retail, or marketing-led environments
• Strong print and digital production skills
• Strong attention to small details
• Proficient in Adobe CC and Figma
• AI curiosity and desire to use AI where necessary 
• High Agency to execute
• Independent and self driven is a plus
• Familiarity with AI image tools
• Sharp typographic instincts and layout sensibility
• Able to work independently and manage multiple briefs simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience working across physical product and digital channels simultaneously
• Basic motion or animation skills
• Understanding of print production and supplier management
• Experience in a small, fast-moving studio where you owned projects end-to-end
