• 8+ years of experience in software product development, digital design, UX/UI, or related field, including user research, usability testing, and creating mockups/wireframes to UX best practices.
• Proven ability to design in Figma (or similar tools), lead large-scale UX/UI projects, and ensure accessibility compliance with federal guidelines.
• Strong writing, communication, and facilitation skills, supported by a professional portfolio showcasing research, visual design, and usability work.

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with Atlassian Jira for issue tracking.
• Background working with TEA or other state/local education agencies.
